With more than two decades of experience in both gem and mineral mining, as well as significant political and policy-making experience and leverage, Mr. Nay Win Tun, founder of the Ruby Dragon Group of Companies, has both the skills and expertise to helm the group now and into the future.

Mr. Nay is also highly committed to serving his country and improving the areas in which he works. Before his political career, he spent 19 years as a prominent businessman, building his company from the ground up.
